-Cuauhtemoc Blanco told his team (Mexico) back in ’98. In the group stage, they came from behind and tied or won. S. Korea (3-1), Belgium (2-2) and Holland (2-2). Then they faced Germany, and were winning from the start of the second half until 5 minutes to the end of the match, were the Germans finally were able to beat them (2-1). To me, thats Mexico’s best performance in a World Cup that wasnt in their country, and I loved watching every minute of it.
